Terms and Conditions

When getting permanent jewellery, be aware that it's a custom, non-refundable piece, and you'll need to follow aftercare instructions to maintain its shine and longevity. You can often have it re-welded if needed, and removal is typically done by cutting the jumpring.

Here's a more detailed breakdown of common terms and conditions associated with permanent jewelry:

Custom & Non-Refundable:

Permanent jewellery is made-to-order and once cut, it is non-refundable.

Aftercare:

Proper care is crucial for the longevity of your piece. This includes avoiding harsh chemicals, cleaning regularly, and potentially washing with warm soapy water after activities like swimming or sweating.

Removal:

If you need to remove your permanent jewellery, you can typically cut the chain at the jump ring (where it's welded together).

Rewelding:

We offer a re-welding service if your jewellery comes loose or needs to be repaired. This can be done for a small fee.

Warranty:

Should you stretch or damage your jewellery we will repair for free providing that you still have the jewellery. Outside of this timeframe there will be a small fee for the reweld.  If we cannot repair your jewellery you will have the option to purchase a new piece of jewellery at full cost.

Allergies:

It's important to be aware of potential metal allergies and inform the me if you have any sensitivities.

Medical Procedures:

You may need to remove your permanent jewelry for certain medical procedures like MRI or surgery. If this situation occurs refer back to the earlier point re rewelding.

Age Restrictions:

Clients aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. While we can weld jewellery onto any age we recommend that a clasp is added due to health and safety at school within certain subjects.

Tarnishing:

While some materials are tarnish-resistant, changes in body chemistry and wear can cause tarnishing over time.  We advise that you look after your jewellery and keep it clean with a jewellery polishing cloth.

Durability:

Permanent jewelry is designed to be durable, but it's not indestructible. Tension or pulling could cause the chain to break. We are not responsible for damages outside of 1 month.

Lost or Damaged Jewelry:

We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items of jewellery.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to reschedule or cancel, be sure to understand the cancellation policy outline on our booking platform.

Cleaning:

Regular cleaning is important to remove dirt and oils that can dull the appearance of the jewellery
